Celebrate Black History!

This blog is to give Black Americans searching their
family history back to Shelby County, Kentucky
some information that may fit into the jigsaw puzzles
of their own family history.

Black Africans used to be forced to immigrate to the
United States of America to work as slaves.

All of these documents are pre-Civil War documents,
scanned originals.

These documents can also be seen at

It is important to have an historical perspective of
forced Immigration
to the United States of America.

These original historical documents regarding the
Bills of Sale and
letters about Slaves and Negroes
are from the
Hemp Lawn Farm
on the Benson Pike
in Shelby County, Kentucky
during the 1800's, all pre-Civil War.

In the original Cemetary, across the grassy lot or
avenue, outside the white plank fence, which was
enclosed by a flat top stone wall with an iron gated
entrance, are buried four generations of the Cardwell,
Magruder and Owens families and their friends,
and their Slaves.

Also, in the center of the graveyard was a little brick
chapel built for two graves, but inside the arched
doorway of the chapel there is only one grave
boxed over with stone slabs inscribed:

"William Cardwell, Charlottesville, Virginia,
born 1785, died 1849."
His widow preferred to
be buried elsewhere.

There are two soldiers of the War of 1812 buried
in this graveyard at Hemp Lawn Farm on the
Benson Pike in Shelby County, Kentucky:

Theodore Barry Magruder born 1795 and died 1873,
who was at Bladensburg and was wounded and
received a pension and
saw Washington, D.C. burn;
and
Josiah Harding Magruder, born 1795 and died 1873,
who refused a pension on the grounds that it should
be granted only to those who needed it.

Two Confederate soldiers are buried in this graveyard
at Hemp Lawn Farm, on the Benson Pike in
Shelby County, Kentucky:

Samuel Ritchie, who was said in family memoirs
to be too frail for warfare, contracted tuberculosis
and died in the fall of 1873;
and
Harding Magruder, 1835 - 1891, who was carried
home a living skeleton and taken to Louisville where
he surrendered to the proper officer and took the Oath
of Allegiance to the United States flag.

Bill Brown, the last of the Slaves,
lived in the two story
cabin at the end of the back yard.
Elizabeth Magruder
(married Larse Ericson of Sweden) recalls that she would
sit before his fireplace and listen to him talk, and
watch
him smoke his old cob pipe.
She recalls, in the loft of
the cabin, two spinning wheels, a large one and a very
small one.
Eventually Bill passed away,

Elizabeth Magruder (married Ericson)
and her daughter,
Anne Lucinda Ericson,
felt they were bullied by Bankers
into selling the farm.

Great Aunt Annie, who lived
until age 95 1/2,
told her great-niece, Cris Ericson,
that Bankers told them that
two women couldn't run a farm,
when George Robert Ericson,
Elizabeth's son and Anne's brother,
was off to World
War I in France,
and Larse Ericson passed away.

Celebrate Black History!

When SLAVERY was legal, so was Hemp and Marijuana!

In the Memoirs about
Uncle George Cardwell Magruder,
he remembers happy entertainments,
lasting much longer than our weekend parties
due to rain and snow drifts that made roads
impassable for horses
and oxen alike.

Willett Clark Magruder wrote: "I have learned from my
father,
William Robert Magruder,
that the social gatherings during
his father's
(that would be Cris Ericson's great-great-great
grandfather Josiah Harding Magruder who was William
Robert
Magruder's father)
life at the old home place were the feature of
that life.
It was no uncommon thing for as many as a dozen
neighbors and friends to ride up to the old home on
Sunday
morning, and spend the day,
and I have heard from many of
these friends that it was the cordiality, the
hospitality,
and the generous love and kindness of Josiah Harding
Magruder that brought them so many happy hours in his
home."

But, how were the slaves treated?

Why was one slave documented
as being of bright yellow skin color?

Did any parties involve men having their way with
slaves,
and producing babies which were legally "their increase"
and also became slaves?

None on record, but use your imagination.

President Barack Hussein Obama has someone with the
last name Clark ( Gabriella Clark)
on his family history tree,
on his mother's side.

Wouldn't it be interesting if one our first
Black President's own ancestors
was a former slave owner?

UVM treats low budget candidates like Negroes were treated when education was "separate but equal"!

UVM - University of Vermont discriminates against

candidates with smaller campaign budgets, and has

done so for many years.

University of Vermont receives millions in state and federal taxpayer dollars

and should have no legal right to discriminate against

candidates with smaller campaign budgets.

The UVM official policy is:

"A University sponsored political event may be in the format of a

candidate forum or debate in which all legally qualified candidates

for a political office are invited to participate. Alternatively,

the University may invite a candidate to speak individually provided

that the University takes steps to ensure that all legally qualified

candidates for that office are invited speak at the same or a similar

event, and none is favored in relation to the activity."

Notice the rich-people-speak above: the first sentence sounds

like candidates will be treated fairly. That is the sentence that

UVM will publicly quote. The second sentence reveals the

bitter truth that they will treat some candidates in a niggardly

way like negroes were treated when schools were separate

but certainly not equal.

School segregation, called, "separate but equal" by the rich

people who ruled over the negroes who did not have equal rights,

was a product of exactly the same mentality that currently

rules the hate mongering University of Vermont which seriously,

willfully and intentionally teaches its students and the public

to despise and loathe and tread upon and disregard and demean

any political candidate who is not wealthy, not Republican

and not Democrat, or who does not have a huge campaign

war chest.

What happens is, some of the candidates are NEVER invited to

any debate or forum that includes the Republican and Democrat,

and those who are left out, are invited to speak in room on a

separate day in front of a half dozen members of the student

union.

"Similar event" is not similar when some candidates must

speak individually in a room to only a half dozen student union

members, and the Republican and Democrat candidates

are allowed to participate in a public debate with the public

invited and the news media invited.

University of Vermont (UVM) treats candidates with small

budgets like Negroes were treated when schools were

"separate but equal".

Again, the official policy of the University of Vermont is:

(Read it carefully, remembering that the first sentence

is what they reveal to the public, and the second sentence

is what they abuse non-wealthy candidates with.)

The Supreme Court of the United States

determined that those schools where negroes had to attend

separate from caucasian white children, were not equal.

The "similar event" official policy of the University of Vermont

is fraudulent in its intent because candidates who are not

allowed to appear in a debate with the Republican and Democrat

candidates are deemed insignificant.

The attitude of the University of Vermont is hateful towards

candidates with small budgets.

The University of Vermont is actually committing fraud by

asserting that a full debate before the public and media is

"a similar event" to a candidate allowed to appear in a room

before a half dozen student union members.

UVM should be forced to pay back every single tax dollar

given by the State of Vermont to them.

The University of Vermont is a private for profit institution

that clearly promotes hatred towards lower income people.

UVM is a hate school promoting hatred

and encouraging groups like "Occupy" and "Occupy Vermont"

because of UVM's hateful actions towards lower income people.

University of Vermont should be accused of being an unregistered

political action committee supporting wealthy candidates and

Republicans and Democrats at the exclusion of lower income

candidates and candidates with smaller campaign budgets.

The official at UVM who is responsible for Federal, State and

Community Relations should be charged with illegal campaign

activitiy and conspiracy to take public taxpayer money and use

it in an illegal manner to promote Democrats and Republicans

and candidates with huge campaign budgets while simultaneously

denying EQUAL TREATMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

to candidates with smaller campaign budgets, some of whom

are lower income.

It is not legal to use taxpayer dollars to hold a big political

debate open to the public and the media, while excluding some

of the candidates.

UVM IS A HATE SCHOOL FULL OF HATERS!

UVM IS WIDENING THE GAP BETWEEN THE RICH AND THE

POOR, AT THE EXPENSE OF THE POOR

WHO THEY ARE TAKING TAX PAYER DOLLARS FROM,

AND GIVING THEM

NOTHING

IN RETURN.

STOP ALL TAXPAYER FUNDING OF PRIVATE FOR PROFIT

Here's what you need to know first:

Every taxpayer in every state is contributing

to the Federal Funding which is paying for

the State of Vermont Public Service Board to allow

CVPS (which is emerging with Green Mountain Power)

to BOMBARD the CITIZENS with RADIATION from SMART POWER,

Can the State of Vermont request an Amendment to the

$69 Million Dollar Federal Grant given to CVPS to install "Smart Meters",

"smart power", "smart grid"; and divert the funding to

something the people really want?

$69 MILLION dollar federal grant, and should have a right

CVPS' SMART METER PLAN is a plan to bill low income

Vermonters who are on Social Security disability

more than 1% of their annual income for meter reading.

Can you imagine how loud rich people would scream

if you charged them more than 1% of their annual income

for a meter reading fee?

Low income disabled Vermonters need a pro bono

multi district litigation class action lawsuit attorney to

fight CVPS, the Vermont Public Service Board and

"smart meters" because CVPS wrongfully claims the

right to add an additional meter reading fee to any

home owner who Opts Out of smart meters.

Therefore, CVPS has no legal right to charge an additional

fee if a homeowner Opts Out of smart meters.

You'd be surprised how many home owners in Vermont

are disabled and living on a tiny income.

Yes, they

receive property tax assistance and fuel assistance

and 'lifeline' telephone bill assistance and food stamps;

but, if a disabled

home owner opts out of having a carcinogenic

privacy violating "smart meter" placed

in their home, then they are forced to pay an extortion

fee of about $10. a month to have a meter reader come.

The meter readers have already been coming for

years and years and years, and the fee has already

been incorporated in the bill over the years, which proves

that the new $10. fee is unnecessary extortion.

The new $10. a month extortion fee amounts to about

$120. a year.

Most disabled persons receive about

$770. month income, which is why they also receive

food stamps, medicaid, medicare, medicare plan D,

lifeline telephone bill assistance, property tax assistance

and fuel assistance;

but with a new fee of $120. a year,

which amounts to OVER 1% of their annual income

before "benefits",

that will force them to start turning

off electric appliances and sit in the dark, rather than

exceed their ultra-strict budgets and risk becoming homeless.

$770. social security disability per month

X 12 months per year

equals an annual

income of $9,240. for 2012 (it was less for 2011).

1% of $9,240. = $92.40

A $10. month fee =

$120. which is more than $92.40 so it is more

than 1% of a disabled person's annual income.

When disabled people apply for

"benefits" they must sign a form for the State of Vermont

stating that if they end up in a nursing home or

hospital,

upon death the State of VT will put a LIEN

on their home.

If a person does not receive enough

fuel assistance, for example, they could get pneumonia

and end up in a hospital and die - at which point the State

of VT benefits because they put a LIEN on the person's home.

Benefits are calculated to barely keep people alive because

the State can benefit and take their home when they die

if they first go to a nursing home or hospital, which is

likely if they are cold from not receiving enough fuel

assistance, or hungry from lack of nutritious food,

which is likely because food stamps don't buy the most

wholesome meals on a daily basis.

People like our state

legislators who get meals per diem are eating far better

than anyone can imagine eating on food stamps.

The State of Vermont discourages people from applying

for the federally mandated food stamps program

and disguises the program by calling them

"3 squares" in order

to keep them from knowing what to apply for - after all,

who would ever think of calling food stamps "3 squares"?

Food stamps might provide a single person with $200. a month,

which would be $6.66 a day for their entire days food.

People on food stamps don't go to coffee shops or restraunts,

but stay at home and eat potatoes, and noodles and end

up getting diabetes.

Our Vermont state legislators receive far more nutritious

fare on their allotted meals per diem,

than that which food stamp recipients can afford

This is why the state appears to be generous to disabled persons,

but really

is not. The arithmetic calculated by the State of Vermont

is aimed towards getting those disabled homeowners into

nursing homes and hospitals so the state of Vermont can

take their homes by LIEN.

If you don't sign the LIEN agreement, you don't get the

food stamps. No one gets a free meal in Vermont.

The State of Vermont Public Service Board has allowed

the $10. CVPS extortion fee imposed for failing to add carcinogenic,

privacy violating

equipment to a disabled persons home, and that is a violation of the

Americans with Disabilities Act by the State of Vermont as well

as CVPS.

Adding carcinogenic equipment to disabled persons homes

hurrys those low income Vermonters off to

those nursing homes and hospitals so the State can put LIENS

on their homes.

It is fraudulent billing

against disabled persons to add a new meter reading

fee when disabled homeowners are already paying

a meter reading fee, and a new fee is a form of extorting

their federal benefits,

which might be a violation of the federal criminal code,

18 U.S.C. Section 1001.

Also, some sources on the internet indicate that radiation

causes new outbreaks in people with pre-existing conditions

of herpes. That alone could be the basis of a federal law suit

under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Can the federal grant given to CVPS for installing

Smart Meters be used for some other purpose?

Can the State of Vermont apply to the federal government

and request an amendment to the grant to use YOUR

TAXPAYER DOLLARS from EVERY TAXPAYER in the U.S.A.

for something that WE THE PEOPLE really want?

Smart Grid, Smart Power and Smart Meters take away

jobs from meter readers and replace them with

harmful RADIATION that will never go away in our lifetimes!

Your federal tax dollars from all taxpayers in every state

of the United States of America,

should NOT be used to TAKE AWAY JOBS

and REPLACE THEM WITH POLLUTION & RADIATION

Ms. Cris Ericson, his 2012 political opponent,

reveals just one of the reasons why Ms. Ericson is running

against him for the seat he currently holds.

In paragraph 3, Mr. Sanders reveals that he will do what

he believes is best for the people.

Ms. Ericson, by contrast, will do what the people will

elect her to do. She will honestly and faithfully represent

the people.

The majority of voters believe the Old Testament Holy Bible,

WHAT IS THE REAL COST OF DOING BUSINESS IN VERMONT? ARE DEMOCRATS TO BLAME?

What is the Cost of Doing Business in Vermont?

The new medical marijuana law only allows four

non-profits to operate at any time growing and

dispensing medical marijuana in the State of Vermont.

They are required to pay the State of Vermont $30,000.00

a year for the privilege of running a non-profit

medical marijuana business, growing, cultivating and

selling marijuana to only 1,000 specially selected patients

total, divided among the four Non-Profits, so that's

only about 250 customers each.

The state will allow only (4) four Non-Profit medical marijuana

dispensaries, and the new law only allows 1,000

patients to use the new Non-Profit medical marijuana dispensaries,

and each of the four new Non-Profit medical marijuana dispensaries

in Vermont must pay the State of Vermont $30,000. fee per year -

so divide 30,000 by 250 and that's about $120. per patient

on top of the application fee the patients already paid to be allowed

to have a medical marijuana card.

Does this run against the grain

of how you feel about Non-Profit agencies?

An average business takes two years from start to

reach profit, and the Better Business Bureau will

tell you that!

Is a $30,000.00 annual fee charged to a non-profit agency

just for the privilege of running their non-profit business,

an act of embezzlement by the State of Vermont?

The amount of $108,500.00

is appropriated from the registry fee fund in fiscal year 2012

to the department of public safety for the performance of the

department's responsibilities under this act.

It sounds like they want a bunch of Non-Profits to apply and

pay the non-refundable fee, otherwise, they fees for four Non-Profits

won't add up to the $108,500.00 the State wants.

So, it sounds like Governor Peter Shumlin (Democrat)

is throwing out a fishing line for suckers!

When a state only allows a list of 1,000 people to participate

in a program, then how many people will offer bribes

to be among the 1,000; and is it a violation of the

ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act to make

a List of only 1,000 disabled persons and only allow

them to participate while refusing the rest of the severly disabled, ---

or is it not a violation of the federal ADA law because

medical marijuana and medical marijuana dispensaries are illegal under federal law anyway?

Is the State of Vermont unlawfully bullying

medical marijuana patients

by only allowing 1,000 of them

to participate in using the

new medical marijuana dispensaries in Vermont?

Isn't it a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act

to only allow 1,000 severely ill people

to participate in a state authorized non-profit

groups' programs and facilities?

Just because the state authorized facilities

are medical marijuana dispensaries which are

in violation of federal laws, does that

negate the patients' protection under the ADA?

No severly disabled person would even consider having to bribe

State Police employees acting on behalf of

the State of Vermont (the ones who make the decision

to issue medical marijuana cards even though they aren't doctors

and the doctor has "prescribed" it), but for the fact that the new law of the

State of Vermont only allows 1,000 persons to use a medical

marijuana dispensary at any one time.

III-2.1000 General. Title III of the ADA prohibits discrimination against any

"qualified individual with a disability."

If there become 1001 cancer patients in Vermont, then you cannot

discriminate against the most recent one (1) because the State of Vermont

decided to allow only 1000 patients to have medical marijuana dispensary access.

III-3.6000 Retaliation or coercion. Individuals who exercise their rights under

the ADA, or assist others in exercising their rights, are protected from retaliation.

III-8.1000 General. The ADA establishes two avenues for enforcement of the

requirements of title III:

(1) Private suits by individuals who are being subjected to discrimination or who have

reasonable grounds for believing that they are about to be subjected to discrimination.;

(2) Suits by the Department of Justice, whenever it has reasonable cause to believe

that there is a pattern or practice of discrimination, or discrimination that raises an

issue of general public importance. The Department will investigate complaints and

conduct compliance reviews of covered entitites.

Therefore, not only do the medical marijuana dispensaries violate federal

marijuana laws,

but they violate the ADA if only 1,000 severly disabled persons in Vermont are allowed

to have medical marijuana dispensary access .

The Department of Justice can intervene in any civil action under the ADA that any disabled

person files if the State of Vermont denies them a medical marijuana dispensary access on the

basis of discrimination that they will only allow 1,000 people to have

medical marijuana dispensary access ,

which discriminates against all other disabled persons

who would otherwise qualify for a medical marijuana dispensary access in Vermont.

II-3.7100 Contracting. A public entity may not discriminate on the basis of disability in

contracting for the purchase of goods and services.

(the "goods" being marijuana, and the "services" being the cultivation and growing

of marijuana in the medical marijuana dispensary business licensed by the State of Vermont.)

Again, you can't limit the number of otherwise qualified disabled persons to receive

a medical marijuana card in Vermont or medical marijuana dispensary access without

violating the ADA for equal access for all severly disabled persons to state run programs.

Conclusion: All Vermont State Marijuana

Laws and Medical Marijuana Laws should be REPEALED.

A person may be nominated and have his or her name

printed on the general election ballot for any office by

filing a consent similar in form to the consent prescribed

by section 2361 of this title and a statement of nomination

with the secretary of state. In the case of a nomination

for justice of the peace, the consent form and statement

of nomination shall be filed with the town clerk.

§ 2402. Requisites of statement

(a) A statement of nomination shall contain:

(1) The name of the office for which the nomination is made;

(2) The candidate's name and residence;

(3) If desired, a name, or other identification (in not more than three words)

to be printed on the ballot following the candidate's name;

(4) In the case of nomination for president or vice president of the United States,

the name and state of residence of each candidate for such office,

together with the name, town of residence, and correct mailing address

of each nominee for the office of elector. The statement of nomination

shall include certification by the town clerk of each town where the

signers appear to be voters that the persons whose names appear

as signers of the statement are registered voters in the town and

of the total number of valid signers from the town. Only the number

of signers certified by each town clerk shall count toward the

required number of signatures. The statement shall also be

accompanied by a consent form from each nominee for elector.

The consent form shall be similar to the consent form prescribed

in section 2361 of this title.

(b) To constitute a valid nomination, a statement shall contain

signatures of voters qualified to vote in an election for the

office in question, equal in number to at least:

(1) For presidential and vice presidential offices, 1,000;

(2) For state and congressional offices, 500;

(3) For county officers or state senators, 100;

(4) For representative to the general assembly, 50;

(5) For justice of the peace, 30 or one percent of the

legal voters of the municipality, whichever is less.

Signatures need not all be contained on one paper.

(c) A statement shall state that each signer is qualified

to vote in an election for the office in question and that

the voter's residence is as set forth next to the voter's name.

(d) A statement of nomination and a completed and signed

consent form shall be filed as set forth in section 2356 of this title.

No public official receiving nominations shall accept a petition

unless a completed and signed consent form is filed at the same time.

(e) The secretary of state shall prescribe and furnish forms

for a statement of nomination.

A statement of nomination shall contain the name of only

one candidate, except in the case of presidential and

vice-presidential candidates, who may be nominated

by means of the same statement of nomination.

A person shall not sign more than one statement

of nomination for the same office. The political or

other name on a statement of nomination shall be

substantially different from the name of any organized

political party. It shall also be substantially different from

the political or other name already appearing on any other

statement of nomination for the same office then on file with

the same officer for the same election; if the secretary

of state determines that it is not substantially different,

the candidate named on the statement shall select a

different political or other name, otherwise the secretary

may reject the statement of nomination. Except in the

case of presidential and vice-presidential candidates,

the fact that Peter Shumlin was never legally voted into office!

WILL THE VOTE FRAUD OF 2010 IN VERMONT

HAPPEN AGAIN IN 2012?

"Governor" Peter Shumlin of Vermont,

a Democrat, allegedly is a "fraud", and after

having allegedly rigged the vote count, he allegedly paid

off the Vermont Secretary of State, Deborah Markowitz,

who allegedly changed the actual vote count,

by giving her a high paid appointed position.

They haven't been charged with any crime.

Is Vermont more corrupt than any other state,

so corrupt that alleged crime can go publicly

rewarded?

Thousands of votes were allegedly stolen

from candidate Cris Ericson,

which you can see by the difference in

the unofficial election results

collected, and then the official results

released to the news media.

Once the unofficial results were tabulated,

it was clear that no candidate

had received a majority of the vote.

Under Vermont law, when that happens,

the full state legislative body

must vote on a ballot with the names

of the three candidates who

received the most votes.

her, and not putting her name on

have been paid off, and who may

be guilty of alleged voter fraud,

it is not appropriate or legally correct

allegedly, for Peter Shumlin to

act as Governor of Vermont.

The person or persons who allegedly

committed this voter fraud

should be discovered and then

the full state legislature should

be required to vote again for Governor

because no candidate

received a majority of the vote, and

the vote that was taken

by the state legislative body was

allegedly based on voter fraud.

Just look at the difference in the two

vote counts from unofficial,

when someone realized no candidate

had a majority of the vote,

to the official results which give an

allegedly weaker candidate the third place.

Deborah Markowitz (Democrat) was

Secretary of State at the time and in control,

and

therefore she allegedly should be charged

with vote fraud for cutting Cris Ericson's votes for Governor

Deborah Markowitz for her alleged

high paying job in his administration,

deferring treatment for Autistic people.

One by one, Peter Shumlin can identify

which patients

cost the government too much money,

and "defer" treatment for them.

Meanwhile, he will not save taxpayers any money

because what is saved will be spent in triplicate

paying police to do surveillance on people with

the aid of the Vermont Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan

under the guise of identifying patients

who allegedly might sell their prescription

painkillers into the community.

One investigator, Phil Ciotti, allegedly spent

8 years working for the Vermont Board of Medical

Practice surveilling patients and could not find

one patient in 8 years doing wrong.

Meanwhile, after that, Phil Ciotti was in the news

because he allegedly has a license to sell guns

and kept about 500 guns in his home in Vermont.

That must be so comforting to disabled and

senior citizen patients, to know

that a gun dealer is snooping on them for taking

prescriptions their doctor ordered.

College students who bring their prescriptions from

out of state are exempt from the Vermont Prescription

Drug Monitoring Plan.

Tourists who bring their prescriptions to ski areas

from out of state are exempt from the Vermont

Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan.

We are living under DOUBLE STANDARDS!

Peter Shumlin is opposed to limited government,

and opposed to actually lowering taxes and

balancing the budget.

While Peter Shumlin might truly mean well, and may

really want to be a nice guy, he does appear to

be heading towards putting the people of Vermont

in a state of perpetual fear, which is step number

one for all wanna be dictators.

Stop the Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan now and

STOP the Vermont Board of Medical Practice from

DEMANDING UNDER THE THREAT OF WITHDRAWING

DOCTORS' LICENSES that they must force patients

under duress of the threat of not receiving needed prescriptions

to sign unilateral contracts to be drug tested for illegal drugs,

even though they are innocent and have never been charged

with any drug crime in any court, and this demand by

the Vermont Board of Medical Practice is un-constitutional

and a clear violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Don't turn to the American Civil Liberties Union because

they have allegedly stabbed us all in the back. Read the

fine print on the original Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan.

The ACLU

has allegedly sided with tyranny.

Do you really want to raise your children in a State that denies

us all our rights under the United States Constitution?

is allegedly quite clearly a TYRANT for conducting

warrantless searches of your private records and warrantless

drug urine tests of innocent senior citizen and disabled people.

Maybe he doesn't think so, maybe he's just not thinking at all!

Maybe he ought to read the United States Constitution,

even if it is for his first time!

In the meantime, while Peter Shumlin is hopefully reading

the U.S. Constitution and becoming familiar with it,

let us take a look at the Ten Commandments in the Old

Testament Holy Bible.

You should not make false witness or give

false testimonry against your neighbor.

That is wrong.

When you have the police doing a warrantless search of your

medical records, that is an accusation.

When your medical doctor demands you sign a contract to

be drug urine tested for illegal drugs, or your doctor will

not write prescriptions you need, that is an accusation.

Peter Shumlin is violating his own religious faith.

So, what Peter needs now is an Exorcism.

I have been studying Exorcisms and they are currently allowed

by the Cathoic Vatican and the Jewish and Christian Protestant

religions, although rarely done.

If Peter Shumlin does not intend to violate the U.S. Constitution,

while he is clearly doing so, if he does not intend to be a tryant,

while he is clearly being so,

then maybe he needs to have the Devil Exorcised from him.

Maybe Vermont could have a new Religious Tourist Trade in Exorcisms.

There's nothing wrong with religious tourist trade, how many

people go to the Vatican and Israel?

The religious tourist trade is one of the biggest tourist

trades in the entire world!

If Governor Peter Shumlin could just admit he's a sinner

Peter Shumlin is "STEALING" from AUTISM therapy

in order to give millions to the private-for-profit super

wealthy corporation known more popularly as

University of Vermont?

If this is true, this makes me just sick! I have personally

known screaming little boys with AUTISM.

Better re-think this one, Peter, or I'll ask mothers of

AUTISTIC children to bring them to your office for

a fun, friendly visit to meet the Governor!

Gov. Peter Shumlin outlined a $5.1 billion budget in January 2012.

Shumlin explained an $8 million innovation investment

that will be split

by the state colleges, and the University of Vermont,

which is an incredibly wealthy private-for-profit university

and should not receive one penny of taxpayer money.

Granting scholarship money directly

to good students to go to UVM is entirely different than

giving UVM money directly!

Governor Peter Shumlin's revenue increases include

regularly scheduled increases in fees,

such as those charged by the Agency of Transportation.

This means your bill for your car registration

will go higher

and your drivers' license renewal fee

will go higher,

hurting the poor to make the wealthy private corporate owners

of UVM even richer!

The budget addresses a projected $51 million gap between expected

revenues and spending.

The budget saves $10 million by deferring implementation

of Medicaid coverage of AUTISM therapy.

Governor Peter Shumlin is hurting the poor and the Autistic to give money

to wealthy private-for-profit University of Vermont.

Furthermore, it is allegedly illegal, because then UVM turns around

and holds candidate debates which are partially tax payer funded

and refuses to invite the non-wealthy candidates who are running

against Peter Shumlin.

Every institution which receives tax payer money, such

as Vermont League of Cities and Towns, should be sued

for refusing to invite all of the candidates who appear on

the official election ballot to any particular debate.

Peter Shumlin is allegedly handing out grants to entities

that will hold debates for him, while excluding most of the

candidates who will run against him. This is alleged

election fraud!

But, back to those screaming little boys with AUTISM

who can't stop screaming, giving their siblings headaches...

If it is true that Peter Shumlin is DEFERRING Medicaid coverage

for Autism therapy, then during the total period of time the

coverage is deferred, mother's with autistic kids should be

allowed to drop them off at his office for the ENTIRE DAY!!!
